I’ve hired Alex & family for several jobs over the past 1-1/2 years, and always pleased — as the owner of older houses in Somerville he has done interior and exterior painting, carpentry work, re-roofing a garage, installing new & retrofitting old gutters, & shingles replacement. His experience and care for older properties has been very helpful, and his cleanup each day & end of the job is notable! The crew, often family members, are very hard working, careful and easy to work with. Fully intend to hire again and highly recommend!

Alex and Brother were professional honorable and dependable. They took pride in their work.

Alex and his team was courteous, polite and very easy to work with.They painted the windows and trim on our brick house which involved a lot of sometimes tedious detail work all done well.They had to replace all the rotted fascia boards on our upper floors all done properly.I would not hesitate to recommend them or their work ……..respectfully ,Noel DeFelippo

Alex & Brother painting do the best prep work I have seen anywhere and use only the best materials. They painted my 1890 Victorian in Melrose and are currently turning my neighbors house into a Painted Lady, after removing the vinyl siding and repairing some damaged wood. You will not find better painters.
